root cutting (with new shoots)




  1. I take the few pieces of root that are attached in the main stem then I removed and cut them into sections 1 to 3 inches long. The optimal length is 2 to 3 inches because it ensures that there is enough energy in the cutting and, in some cases, enough dormant buds to produce roots and shoots.
